Dr. Jacobs’ Legacy
Dr. Jacobs, alongside Dr. Jerry Reeves, built the Greensboro office from the ground up and opened the doors in 1999. With his experience and passion, Dr. Jacobs helped create the foundation for generations of healthy and happy smiles.

Each year, we offer our student patients the opportunity to win a one-time scholarship. Students submit essays from the year’s topic and we choose one exceptional student for this prize.
